most people think they need to shoot as fast as they can with a bow but i think you need more than speed you need to have the accurecy lets see what everybody else thinks?

I like speed...but the faster you shoot the faster you miss!

Speed is great for puttin the smack down on your freinds at a shoot, But in the deer woods, I think I would prefer accuracy mixed with efficient speed to get the Job done. Where I bow hunt, I rarly would be able to get off a shot that would be more than 35 yards. Now if I were to be hunting a field edge, I would welcome the speed to get me out there at 50& 60 yards without a lot of arc. Like it has always been said! It's all about preferance and what your comfortable with.

I can't say speed nor accuracy for sure..I believe a balance of both is essential for 3-D shoots as well as for hunting. If your bow shoots 300 fps, and can score high at a 3-D shoot, then you should stay where your at..or if your shooting 240 fps and nailing dimes at 45 yards, then you should stay where your at. If you are hunting along the edge of a field and taking a risky 50-60 yard shot at a deer, then wait until its head is down or facing the opposite direction before you take the shot. 240 fps is plenty of speed for a long shot.
