Hey guys, When it comes to turkey shells I have always been a firm believer in good ole' 3 1/2 inch Winchester 6's. But last weekend when a buddy and I were patterning our guns I was reluctantly talked into trying one of his Heavy Shot 6's.
I did not see any way that these could shoot any tighter out of my Benelli than the ole' faithfuls. But they did. They shot tighter and the pellet count in the head and neck area was off the charts.
Now, when I looked at the price of these shells i had second thoughts as they are nearly 25 bucks for 5. But I am telling you, these may be worth the extra money as I will feel comfortable reaching out their to 60 yds+ if needed this spring.
What are you guys shooting?

Currently shooting Winchester 3 1/2" #5's. I haven't had time to do a lot of experimenting. One day.
